"I was born and raised in LIma, Peru to a large family. I went to the Jesuit School, then Graduated from The Miliraty High School, where I also obtain my values, principles, and military discipline. After General Studies at the University of Lima, I came to the United States in 1974."
After working in the transportation industry and living in Long Island, New York and Miami Beach, Felipe came to Lakeland almost 30 years ago with wife Gina, and their 3 children, Giffe', Antonio and Jesus Felipe.
"When I first arrived here, Lakeland was a big town to me. Now I realize what a beautiful city it is, with a lot of potential, for families to raise children, to reach a better level of life, and for business to take advantage of all the opportunities in a growing market."
Felipe has traveled extensively around our country, but always had the Real Estate business in his mind. Even though he had been successful in the transportation industry, he still aspired to become a Realtor, believing this would allow him and his family to "share the better life."
"I enjoy talking to people and want to be helpful in assisting my clients to achive "The American Dream," the purchase of their own home. Because homownership matters. From there came my slogan, "Mi Casa, Su Casa." I know Lakeland quite well now, and I have realized that the way to achieve my client's dreams, and mine, was through Real Estate."
After getting his real estate license, Felipe realized there was a need in the Lakeland Latin community for a Realtor who could speak their language, to help them make the reality of dreams and hopes come true. It has been more than a decade of great service provided and successful stories of homeownerships.
Felipe enjoys the beautiful game of soccer, likes exotic cars, and in his spare time, Felipe participates in the community through The Club Hispano de Lakeland, member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), and of course The Lakeland Association of Realtors.
